I am so glad I am back to my healthy ways. Though my leg has not healed completely, I am so glad I am able to hold onto my diet reasonably.
I have been trying to walk a block at a time. Rather limp a block. But with each day, I feel better and better. And the good news is I have not gained the pounds that I have lost. I am still at 183 lbs. I am mighty relieved and super happy.
Since I am usually cooking for the family, I like to measure the servings before making. So there is no leftover and I am not tempted for a second helping or forced to polish off the leftover.
Making this banana dates milkshake requires absolutely no effort at all. It is so tasty and yummy that you will never feel deprived of the junk food.
There are a few things that you can do to alter this recipe to your liking. You can add in some ice cubes for a chilled banana dates milkshake.
Or you can cut the banana and place them in the freezer at night. In the morning you can just pop them along with milk and dates in the blender. You will get rich creamy, icy milkshake ready in no time at all.
I have been drinking this banana dates milkshake in place of the breakfast. I feel so full that I do not feel hungry till the afternoon. If at all I do get hungry then I always have some nuts for a quick bite.
The Dates give the sweetness that I require as I have a big sweet tooth. There are no added artificial sugar that goes in most of the store bought milkshakes.
So try this amazingly delicious Banana Dates MilkShake and let me know how you liked it.
