No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls – Learn how to make Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls without baking.
- 2 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup peanut butter or other nut butter
- 1/2 cup honey (maple or agave syrup for vegan)
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Take oatmeal, peanut butter, honey, coconut flakes, flaxseed and chocolate chips in a bowl and mix well until thoroughly combined.
Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least half an hour to set.
Remove from the refrigerator and roll them into balls or bars. You can press the balls with the back of the glass to make it into a cookie.
